SG Options for Bulls

Via Ryan Corazza of ESPN...

In the Bulls' quest for a shooting guard, names like J.R. SmithO.J. Mayo and even Richard Hamiltonhave been bandied about.
But in emailing us over his thoughts on the better fit for Chicago -- Smith or Mayo -- ESPN The Magazine's Ric Bucher interjects with another possible get for the Bulls: Denver's Arron Afflalo.
Of course, as Bucher and ESPN's John Hollinger note, the Bulls' assets might preclude them from nabbing a shooting guard of worth.
But Afflalo brings youth, 3-point shooting and defense to the table -- all traits the Bulls could use out of the 2-guard spot.

The SG spot has been a big hole for the Bulls.  The combination of Kyle Korver, Ronnie Brewer and Keith Bogans have combined to average just 18.8 PPG, and while each brings something (Korver 3PT shooting, Brewer defense, and Bogans a little of both), they would love to add a dynamic starting 2 who can team up with Derrick Rose in the backcourt.  With Carlos Boozer fitting in just nicely since his return from injury, adding a SG would alleviate any double teaming Boozer gets while giving D Rose another slash/shooter option when the Bulls go small.
