Melo still saying No No to Denver

Via Ryan Corazza of ESPN...

While most reports continue to point to a Carmelo Anthony trade by the deadline, there has been some indication that Denver is still holding out hope -- now that the team's roster is just about back at full strength -- it can perhaps make a last-minute attempt to convince him to stay.
But as NBA.com's David Aldridge wrote Monday, Melo "again told the Nuggets last week that he had no intention of re-signing in Denver, according to a source."
If things continue to stay the course with Melo's intentions on this front, it's to be expected the team will remain active in trade talks for their star with New Jersey currently having the best shot of landing him.

With the trading deadline about a month and a half away, time is ticking on the Nuggets to make a decision on Carmelo Anthony.  The Nets continue to maintain the most attractive trade package for the Nuggets but there has been no word on whether Anthony has softened his stance of only accepting a trade to the Knicks.  Things should be heating up very very soon on the Carmelo trade talks.
